ADHD Clinic

ADHD Clinic

If you’ve been struggling with focus, follow-through, or feeling consistently behind despite how hard you’re trying, ADHD may be part of the picture. When you understand how your mind works, there are effective ways to work with it.

ADHD doesn’t always look the way people expect. Many teens and adults, especially high-achieving individuals, use strengths like intelligence, drive, or the ability to hyperfocus to compensate for underlying challenges. Over time, these strategies can become exhausting or stop working, leaving people feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

We view attention and executive functioning challenges as existing on a continuum. Our goal is not just to determine whether ADHD fits, but to help you understand your patterns clearly and without judgment.

We take a whole-person approach, looking at both strengths and areas of difficulty, including the ways you’ve adapted over time. This helps us make sense of what’s been working, what hasn’t, and why.

Our aim is not simply diagnosis. It is to give you clear, accurate insight and connect you with the right tools and support so that life can feel more manageable, effective, and aligned with what matters to you.

What We Do

We offer a thoughtful, whole-person approach to ADHD care, integrating assessment and therapy.

Adult ADHD Consultation and Assessment

A comprehensive, collaborative assessment process designed to understand your unique pattern of attention, executive functioning, and coping strategies.

We look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the full picture, including how you think, how you’ve adapted, and where things may be getting in your way. Many clients come in unsure whether ADHD fits, or have been missed earlier, because they were able to compensate.

Our goal is to provide clarity that feels accurate and meaningful, along with practical recommendations for moving forward, including therapy, skills-based support, and workplace or academic accommodations when appropriate.

Most importantly, we use assessment as a starting point to help you access the right tools and support.
