Adolescent Clinic
(Ages 13–17)
Adolescence is a time of rapid change — emotionally, socially, and neurologically. It can be exciting, but also overwhelming. Therapy can help teens navigate this period with more clarity, confidence, and support.
Many teens struggle not because something is “wrong” with them, but because they’re learning how to manage new pressures — identity, independence, relationships, school demands, and their own thoughts and emotions. Without the right tools, this can show up as anxiety, shutdown, irritability, avoidance, or loss of motivation.
At the same time, parents and caregivers often want to help, but aren’t always sure how to support without escalating conflict or pushing their teen away.
The good news: these patterns are highly treatable — especially when teens and caregivers work together.
What We Do
We use evidence-based approaches tailored to adolescents, while actively collaborating with parents and caregivers:
What We Target
We focus on the core challenges that often emerge during adolescence:
Who We Work With
Why CPC
All therapists are doctoral-level psychologists, trained at top institutions.
We specialize in working with high-functioning teens and families in high-pressure environments.
We take a collaborative approach — supporting the teen directly while equipping parents with tools to reinforce progress at home.
What to Expect
Engaging, practical therapy for teens, paired with structured support for parents. Sessions are active and collaborative, focused on building insight and real-world skills. Parents receive guidance on how to respond in key moments, creating alignment at home. Many families begin to notice meaningful shifts in communication, motivation, and emotional stability within the first several weeks.
