In Her Own Words

“As a therapist, I am constantly moved and changed through meaningful work and connection with my clients. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as we explore the depth of the human experience–the pain, the uncertainty, the joy. I view therapy as a courageous and intentional space where we can come together to explore and uncover parts of your history, experiences, patterns, and how they impact you now. Sometimes this might look like feeling the range of emotions together, other times this might look like finding ways to cope or opening up to new perspectives. Together we will make sense of the beliefs and feelings that keep you feeling stuck and find ways to connect to your values and move towards a more meaningful life. My hope is to provide a warm and non-judgmental space where we can approach the things that burden you with compassion and curiosity. I view trust, safety, and openness as foundational to the therapy relationship and always welcome feedback to ensure that I meet you where you need me. I also welcome laughter and humor in my relationship with clients, making space to balance the difficult parts of life with the joyful ones.”
