In Her Own Words

“As a therapist, I strive to understand each person within their unique context and narrative. Beginning therapy can be scary and distressing. This is why it is important for me to provide an intentional safe space to allow you to grow, heal, and find your inner strength for change. My therapeutic style is person-centered, flexible, warm, and relational. I strive to meet you where you are in life with a genuine and non-judgmental approach. During the first session, we will work together to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, experiences, and history. Using evidence-informed treatments, I can help you achieve a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of your thoughts, feelings, story, values, and behaviors. Through our work together, you will learn healthy coping strategies that are effective, meaningful, compassionate, and relevant.”
