In Her Own Words
“I view therapy as a collaborative space where we work together to explore what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward living in alignment with those values. My approach blends curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based practices to help you navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and self-trust. I believe that change often begins with acceptance—of ourselves, our experiences, and the reality of the moment—and from that place, new possibilities emerge. Together, we will practice making room for hard thoughts and emotions, approaching them with openness rather than avoidance, so they no longer dictate the direction of your life. I strive to create a supportive environment where you can show up authentically, explore new perspectives, and take actions that move you toward the life you want to live. I feel honored to accompany clients in these deeply personal moments of growth and discovery.”
