In Her Own Words
“I believe that therapy starts with creating a space where trust, honesty, and real connection can grow. I want my clients to feel fully seen here — for their strengths as well as for the parts that might feel harder to share. We will work together to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and real. In my experience, meaningful change starts from understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and what to do get there.
My approach blends emotional exploration with practical skills-building. We will work together to help you build tools and navigate challenges, relationships, and the moments that test your confidence — with warmth, humor, and a healthy dose of irreverence. Therapy with me isn’t about getting it “right”; it’s about giving yourself permission to be human, to grow, and to try new ways of being. Together, we will focus on developing insights and strategies that feel authentic to you and support lasting and sustainable change that is grounded in curiosity, courage, and connection.”
