Our group’s fees for therapy are similar to other providers in the San Francisco Bay Area with comparable levels of training. Our therapists are “out-of-network” providers for insurance plans outside of Aetna and Cardinal Care.

We currently provide therapy services in California, including the San Francisco Bay Area. Our extensively trained psychologists are committed to offering comprehensive mental health care covered by your Aetna or Cardinal Care insurance.

Other insurance plans may offer coverage (usually a percentage of the fee) for mental health services. We encourage anyone interested in working with us to check with their insurance provider about your coverage for an “out-of-network” psychologist.

We also suggest clarifying whether telehealth sessions are eligible for reimbursement, as policies can differ across insurance providers. Upon request, we will provide a statement for services (a “superbill”) that can be submitted to an insurance company.
