In Her Own Words
“I like to think of therapy as a high-level collaboration. You bring the lived experience, the patterns you’re noticing (or are totally over), and the drive to figure things out. I bring the clinical knowledge, excitement, experience, research-backed strategies, and an outside perspective that’s both honest and supportive. From there, we become a kind of duo: part scientists, part teammates—testing out what works and adjusting along the way.
I love the moments when therapy takes us into new territory—when you share something that’s been too uncomfortable or complicated to say out loud before, maybe even just in your head to yourself! Those moments are powerful. And when that leads to something clicking into place or finally making sense? That’s the best part.
Clients and colleagues have described me as down-to-earth, deeply thoughtful, and someone who brings energy and humor to the virtual “room” I take your story seriously, but I also believe therapy works best when it feels human, honest, and a bit dynamic. I see you as a capable, intelligent person—possibly just waiting for the right support, insight, or perspective to move forward in a new way.”
