In Her Own Words

“As a therapist, I view my role as both a teammate and a coach. I strive for our work together to be collaborative, playful, and to also provide support and encouragement. I aim to bring a fresh perspective to your challenges and offer feedback when needed. I am eager to celebrate your “wins” and adjust the strategies we use to tackle new obstacles. Through trust and vulnerability, I hope to build your sense of self-efficacy and agency. I am deeply grateful to be a part of your journey towards growth and change.”
