In Her Own Words

I love being a clinical health psychologist because I get to help people feel more at ease in their lives, both mentally and physically. Many of the clients I work with are often holding a lot together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what really matters.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we make sense of what is happening in your life and build practical tools that fit your day-to-day reality. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection.

What is most important to me in therapy is creating a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and culturally attuned, where you can show up as you are and feel understood. From there, we focus on helping you develop insight, resilience, and sustainable strategies for change.

Clients can expect a warm, thoughtful, and structured approach. I aim to help you not only understand yourself more deeply, but also leave sessions with practical tools to manage stress, improve your relationship with your body, and create lasting shifts in your wellbeing.
